Aim 1: eProg from EHR-linked Registries

Leveraging registry data to assist in generating RWE from EHR on disease progression endpoints

By linking disease progression data from registries, we will:

• Construct EHR-derived progression (eProg) endpoints;

• And quantify the extent to which causal treatment effect generated from eProg endpoints reflect treatment on the gold standard progression endpoints obtained via registry capture.

• Perform real-world studies on deriving and validating eProg endpoints for RA and MS disease activity outcomes based on EHR-linked registry data in two separate healthcare systems.
